When we recognize
the patterns and principles of living systems are intrinsic to our existence….
…we can design
our work and organizations in a way that
builds capacity…
fosters meaningful relationships….
..and create conditions
for successful, emergent outcomes….

Nrhythm defines Healthy & Regenerative work as:
synergistic and not in conflict with organizational context.
evolving with and is resilient to change.
not extractive from organizational health, especially people.
unleashes unrealized potential
